Article 1 - Definitions
Merchant: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.
Consumer: The natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the merchant.
Recurring transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time (the subscription).

Article 3 - Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer by the merchant and to every distance contract concluded between merchant and consumer.
Article 4 - The offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated. The offer contains a complete description of the products/services offered.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
1. The consumer can dissolve an agreement relating to the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving reasons.
2. For services (subscriptions), the cooling-off period starts on the day the agreement is concluded.
3. If the delivery of a digital service starts immediately with the explicit consent of the consumer, the consumer thereby declares to waive their right of withdrawal.
Article 6 - Duration, Cancellation and Renewal
Cancellation: The consumer may cancel at any time with a maximum notice period of one month.
Renewal: A fixed-term contract is tacitly renewed for an indefinite period upon expiry.
Indefinite period: An indefinite contract may be cancelled with one month's notice.
Article 7 - Price and Payment
1. During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products/services offered will not be increased, except for price changes as a result of changes in VAT rates.
2. Payments for subscriptions are made via the agreed instalments (e.g. monthly via direct debit).
3. The consumer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided without delay.
Article 8 - Conformity and Guarantee
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement and the specifications stated in the offer.
Article 9 - Complaints and Disputes
Complaints must be submitted to the merchant within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described. Disputes may be submitted to the Webshop Disputes Committee.
